The most common statement we hear is, "This looks so good that I would hire myself." We hear that a lot. Our referrals speak volumes. We enjoy an extremely high rate of referrals. 
 
"Will you guarantee that my new resume will produce a new job?"
Due to the many factors involved in the selection process, no writer or company can predict an interview or job offer. Preparing the resume is the one step in the process. How the resume is utilized is important. How actively a candidate networks and pursues an opportunity is a large factor. We can't guarantee an interview or job offer.
 
"What is your turnaround to complete my new resume?"
We generally deliver a first draft resume within seven to ten business days. That is followed by an editing period. 
 
"Do you offer a 24-hour rush service?"
We do not provide 24-hour rush services because we feel to do an excellent job we require more than 24 hours. We will not compromise quality for speed. It is not in your best interest to rush the process. Based on our capacity at the time of your request, we might be able to expedite a project to meet a posting deadline. 
 
"Is SeekingSuccess.com hiring?"
Periodically we seek new proofreaders, so feel free to contact us. We are not hiring resume writers at this time. 
 
"How long is the engagement with my writer?"
The full-service packages include three rounds of edits over 30 days following delivery of the first draft. We can make exceptions and extend the engagement a few more days if you are experiencing an unusual circumstance. If you need a few more days, please ask.
 
"Do you offer a "mini" service or "quick polish" for clients who feel they have a good resumes and LinkedIn profile and just need a little help?"
At this time we only offer the full service for new clients and updates for returning clients. However, feel free to contact Tamara with questions. 
 
"How and when do I pay for my resume?"
You may pay by check or credit card via our payment processing partner, PayPal - the global leader in online payment solutions.
 
Because of the significant time invested in compiling your data, analyzing your situation, preparing your strategy, and writing your resume, we require payment in advance.
 
"Can I download resumes that you have created for other clients in my same occupation and industry?"
We never share other clients' resumes to maintain each client's privacy. However, you can click here to view example fictional resumes.
